GIS Day will be held on Monday, November 18, 2019 at the Air Command Mobility Museum in Dover. GIS Day, an International Event, falls on Wednesday of Geography Awareness Week.
Registration opens September 9, 2019 and closes September 20, 2019. REGISTER HERE!
Due to the demand that our GIS Day registration the GIS Day committee will follow a rubric for attendance selection. The rubric will be as follows:
- Have you attended before?
- Are you a 5th Grade Classroom?
- Are we reaching the greatest geographic extent for the state; having at least one school from each county
- What is your student count you are registering for the event?
On September 27, 2019 the GIS Day chair will notify you if you have been selected or not. We look forward to another great GIS DAY event!
